Floods Properties & Development Co Ltd is a family business established over 40 years. We pride ourselves on the fact that, as a family, we are all still actively involved on a daily basis.
From repairs and maintenance to contracts and legal information we are all very much ‘hands on’ and available when you need us.
Tony Flood – Managing Director
Tony, is our managing director. You won’t normally find him in the office as he is usually outside making sure things run smoothly, liasing with tenants and carrying out repairs and general maintenance.
David Flood – Director
David is usually found in the office, where he will be dealing with the day to day legal and contractual aspects of our business. He also specialises in helping businesses gain grants, where available, to help realise their ambitions and aspirations.
Tom Flood
You’ll normally find Tom alongside Tony looking after our joinery needs, he ensures the high quality of finish you’ll find on both the inside, and outside, of all of our units.
Mike Jones
Mike has been with us right from the beginning and is very much ‘part of the family’. Mike is multi-skilled and has a major role in just about every aspect of our property business.
Amanda Flood
Amanda will normally be your first point of contact, either via phone or email. She can almost always be found in our office ensuring that the business runs smoothly on a day to day basis.
